Hours a day, gone
Dozens of platforms, hundreds of auctioneers, each with its own search and its own close time. Somebody on your team opens forty tabs every Monday.
Auction discovery for commercial buyers
Tell AuctionSignal what you buy. It watches the auctions you can't, ranks every lot that fits, and shows you why, before the hammer falls.
See exactly which sources we cover and how fresh they are. Every number on this site is auditable. No sign-in needed.
The problem
Dozens of platforms, hundreds of auctioneers, each with its own search and its own close time. Somebody on your team opens forty tabs every Monday.
The truck that fits sold in a state you weren't watching. That cost is invisible until it is gone, and it is the one that hurts.
Missing hours. Wrong year. A title that says one thing and the photos another. So you go look anyway, and the day disappears.
How it works
In plain English. "Day cabs and box trucks under 120,000 miles, no pickups, anywhere in the country." We draft a buying profile from that and you confirm it before anything goes live.
Public sources only. We honor robots.txt, we never touch a login or a paywall, and we publish exactly which sources we cover and how fresh each one is.
Alerts by email, Teams or Slack, with quiet hours and a weekly budget so it never becomes noise. Every lot arrives with what matched, what concerns us, and what is missing.
Two scores, never one
A 95 / 45 and a 95 / 96 are completely different objects. The first means go look at it yourself. The second means put it on the buying sheet.
Alert thresholds are set on both, independently. Collapsing them into one number is how buyers stop trusting the product.
Every score ships with its reasons. No black box, and every field carries observed-or-inferred provenance.
Coverage, live
These numbers come from the source registry, not from a slide. They are the same numbers the product runs on, read from the public ledger right now.
Every source appears in the ledger with its status and the last time we read it successfully. A source we cannot read is listed too, and marked unsupported.

Who it's for
A good fit: you have a standing criterion, you buy from many auctions, and one missed lot costs real margin.
Standing spec, nationwide sourcing, margin that lives or dies on what you paid.
Resellers working a known spread, and fleets that replenish at auction on a cycle.
Restaurant closures and surplus sales, scattered across hundreds of small auctioneers.
Nothing wrong with any of it. There is just no standing criterion to learn, so the product has nothing to be good at. We would rather say so now.
Limits we keep
Not on any lot, not on anyone's behalf. You get a walk-away number and you take it to the auction.
No logins, no CAPTCHAs, no paywalls, no geo-blocks. Those sources are recorded as unsupported in the public ledger, which is the honest answer.
Every score arrives with what matched, what concerns us and what is missing, and every field says whether it was observed or inferred.
What you buy and pass on stays in your tenant. It never shows up in another buyer's rankings, and we never tell anyone what you are watching.
Read the crawler page User-agent, rate limits, opt-out, and the open feed spec.
Where it came from
Martin's Farm Trucks in Greencastle, Pennsylvania buys low-mile, low-hour trucks nationwide. Their buying criterion was the first profile this product ever ran: odometer under 120,000, engine hours under 10,000, any year, any make, no pickups. The mornings spent opening forty tabs are the reason it exists.
Pricing
If one lot a year pays for it, the math is not hard. We are taking a small number of founding customers and the rate does not move for them.
Founding customer
$149 per month, per organization
Locked for life for the first ten organizations.
Normally $249.
Questions
Anything not answered here, put it in the demo request. It reaches Chris directly.
Public commercial and government auction sources. We are starting with GovDeals, then Proxibid, and add sources as they clear a terms review. The list is published, not promised: open the Coverage Ledger and you will see every source, its status, and when it was last read. If something you buy from is missing, tell us and it goes on the review queue.
We read public listing pages with an identified crawler that honors robots.txt and rate limits, and we take publisher feeds wherever a site would rather send one. We never attempt a login, a CAPTCHA or a paywall. Sites behind those are marked unsupported.
No, and we will not. The product hands a human a ranked lot and a walk-away number. There is no bidding tool in the API either.
A saved search covers one platform and matches on keywords. This covers every source we publish, folds duplicate listings of the same unit into one, scores fit and data quality separately, and tells you why. It also learns from what you actually buy and pass on.
$149 a month per organization for founding customers, locked for life. Three seats, unlimited buying profiles, every source we cover. One truck a year you would otherwise have missed pays for the whole subscription.
